The daughter of Hollywood legend Peter Falk says her father is no longer competent to run his own life because he suffers from Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Catherine Falk filed legal papers in L.A. County Superior Court claiming her father "requires full-time custodial care for his health and safety."

Terminator Salvation doesn't hit theaters until June but producers have already decided to make a follow-up slated for release in 2011. Stephen Norrington has signed on to write and direct a reinvention of “The Crow,” based on the comic created by James O’Barr. Ryan Kavanaugh’s Relativity Media is negotiating with producer Ed Pressman to acquire the film franchise and finance the film.
